If you love to drive truly incredible exotic cars, the Audi R8 is probably near the top of your dream car list. Attendees of the Chicago Auto Show got an up-close view of this amazing car.

The Chicago Auto Show, which ended last week, featured some of the coolest exotic cars on the planet. Automakers like BMW, Lamborghini, Lotus, Mercedes, and Porsche displayed some of the newest and coolest vehicles on the exotic car scene.
With an estimated top speed of about 187 miles per hour, the Audi R8 can certainly stand up against the competition. This two-seater has the looks and the performance to blow you away.
The top model of the 2010 Audi R8 features a racing-inspired 5.2-liter V10 engine that can produce up to 525 horsepower. With its lightweight aluminum body and aerodynamic styling, this kind of power lets it scream over the road or the track.
“This car will knock your socks off,” says Ron Sturgeon, owner of a Dallas exotic car tour company and noted small business consultant and rainmaker. “People come back from driving it, and they just can’t stop talking about the experience.”

Sturgeon’s company, Dallas-based DFW Drive Your Dream, provides automotive dream tours for exotic car enthusiasts. Over the course of a few hours, participants in these tours get to drive several amazing cars, including an Audi R8.
“It’s just a flat-out beautiful piece of automotive engineering,” says Sturgeon.
Style-wise, the Audi R8 really has what it takes to turn heads. Featuring a “sideblade” air deflector for added aerodynamic performance, the car just demands attention from other drivers.
With its low, wide body shape and rakishly slanted headlights, the Audi R8 can truly stop traffic.
“Our customers rave about our bright red 2009 Audi R8,” says Sturgeon. “If that’s any indication, the 2010 version is going to earn a lot of rave reviews too.”
While a new Audi R8 can set you back as much as $150,000, businesses like Sturgeon’s make it possible for enthusiasts to drive the car for a lot less.
DFW Drive Your Dream provides automotive dream tours for under $700, a steal when compared to the price of owning an exotic vehicle. In addition to the MSRP, exotic car owners have to hassle with things like insurance, maintenance, and car storage.
“We like to think we make it even more fun to drive an incredible car,” says Sturgeon.
